[OEBBpremiumcontact] July premium reminder

[For educational entity personnel responsible for making premium payments to OEBB.]

Good morning,

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of July. If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.

*Excel Invoice Reports Produced - Monday night, June 30th, available Monday, July 1st in document management.
*Monthly Billing Statement - Will be sent Tuesday, July 1st, this includes current billing and any changes made in June.
*Retroactive Report - Will be uploaded to document management Monday, July 1st. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.
*Payment Due Date - Premiums are due Thursday, July 10th.

MyOEBB Availablitly - MyOEBB will be unavailable from 8:00 PM Monday, June 30th, to 8:00 AM Tuesday, July 1st.
