December 2014 payment reminder

[For entity personnel responsible for making premium payments to OEBB.]

Greetings,

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of December 2014. If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.

*Excel Invoice Reports Produced - Sunday, November 30th, available Monday, December 1st, in document management.
*Monthly Billing Statement - Will be sent Monday, December 1st, this includes current billing and any changes made in November.
*Retroactive Report - Will be uploaded to document management Monday, December 1st. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.
*Payment Due Date - Premiums are due Tuesday, December 9th.

MyOEBB Availablitly - MyOEBB will be unavailable from 8:00 PM Sunday, November 30th, to 8:00 AM Monday December 1st.
