November 2014 payment reminder

[For educational entity personnel responsible for making premium payments to OEBB.]

Greetings,

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of November 2014. If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.

*Excel Invoice Reports Produced - Friday, October 31st, available Saturday, November 1st in document management.
*Monthly Billing Statement - Will be sent Monday, November 3rd, this includes current billing and any changes made in October.
*Retroactive Report - Will be uploaded to document management Monday, November 3rd. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.
*Payment Due Date - Premiums are due Wednesday, November 12th.

MyOEBB Availablitly - MyOEBB will be unavailable from 8:00 PM Friday, October 31st, to 8:00 AM Saturday, November 1st.
