[OEBBpremiumcontact] October payment reminder

[For educational entity personnel responsible for making premium payments to OEBB.]

Greetings,

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of October. If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.

*Excel Invoice Reports Produced - Tuesday night, September 30th, available Wednesday, October 1st in document management.
*Monthly Billing Statement - Will be sent Wednesday, October 1st, this includes current billing and any changes made in September.
*Retroactive Report - Will be uploaded to document management Wednesday, October 1st. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.
*Payment Due Date - Premiums are due Thursday, October 9th.

MyOEBB Availablitly - MyOEBB will be unavailable from 8:00 PM Tuesday, September 30th, to 8:00 AM Wednesday, October 1st.
