January 2016 payment reminder - Due Date 1/12/2016

[Entity personnel responsible for making premium payments.]

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of January 2016.

If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.


>  Current Month Invoice: Available Monday, January 4th, in document management.


>  Monthly Billing Statement: Will be sent Monday, January 4th, this includes current billing and any changes made in December.


>  Retroactive Report: Will be uploaded to document management on Monday, January 4th, this is a per member detailed report of retro changes.


>  Payment Due Date: - Premiums are due no later than January 12th, OEBB needs to receive your payment on or before this date. It can take 2-3 days for your payment to arrive in OEBB's account. Please plan accordingly.
