July 2015 payment reminder

[Entity personnel responsible for making premium payments.]

Greetings,

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of July 2015. If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.

*Invoice Reports Produced - Tuesday, June 30th, available Wednesday, July 1st, in document management.
*Monthly Billing Statement - Will be sent Wednesday, July 1st, this includes current billing and any changes made in June.
*Retroactive Report - Will be uploaded to document management Wednesday, July 1st. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.
*Payment Due Date - Premiums are due no later than July 10th. OEBB needs to receive your payment on or before this date. It can take 2-3 days for your payment to arrive in OEBB's account. Please plan accordingly.

MyOEBB Availablitly - MyOEBB will be unavailable from 8:00 PM Tuesday, June 30th to 8:00 AM Wednesday, July 1st.
