April 2015 payment reminder

[For entity personnel responsible for making premium payments to OEBB.]

Greetings,

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of April 2015. If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.

*Invoice Reports Produced - Tuesday, March 31st, available Wednesday, April 1st, in document management.
*Monthly Billing Statement - Will be sent Wednesday, April 1st, this includes current billing and any changes made in March.
*Retroactive Report - Will be uploaded to document management Wednesday, April 1st. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.
*Payment Due Date - Premiums are due April 9th.

MyOEBB Availablitly - MyOEBB will be unavailable from 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 31st, to 8:00 AM Wednesday, April 1st.
