June 2015 payment reminder

[Entity personnel responsible for making premium payments.]

Greetings,

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of June 2015. If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.

*Invoice Reports Produced - Sunday, May 31st, available Monday, June 1st, in document management.
*Monthly Billing Statement - Will be sent Monday, June 1st, this includes current billing and any changes made in May.
*Retroactive Report - Will be uploaded to document management Monday, June 1st. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.
*Payment Due Date - Premiums are due June 9th.

MyOEBB Availablitly - MyOEBB will be unavailable from 8:00 PM Sunday, May 31st, to 8:00 AM Monday, June 1st.
