October 2015 payment reminder - Due Date 10/9/2015 & NEW OEBB Financial Services Employee

Starting October 1st Billi will be sending you the Monthly Billing Statements and the monthly retro reports. Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of October 2015.

If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.


?  Current Month Invoice: Available Thursday, October 1st, in document management.


?  Monthly Billing Statement: Will be sent Thursday, October 1st, this includes current billing and any changes made in September.


?  Retroactive Report: Will be uploaded to document management on Thursday, October 1st, This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.


?  Payment Due Date: - Premiums are due no later than October 9th. OEBB needs to receive your payment on or before this date. It can take 2-3 days for your payment to arrive in OEBB's account. Please plan accordingly.
