February Monthly Billing

[Entity personnel responsible for making premium payments.]

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of February 2016.

If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.


?  Current Month Invoice Produced: Monday February 1st, available Monday, February 1st, in document management.


?  Monthly Billing Statement: Will be sent Monday February 1st, this includes current billing and any changes made in January.


?  Retroactive Report: Will be uploaded to document management on Monday February 1st. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.


?  Payment Due Date: - Premiums are due no later than February 9th. OEBB needs to receive your payment on or before this date. It can take 2-3 days for your payment to arrive in OEBB's account.
Please plan accordingly.


?  MyOEBB Availability - MyOEBB will be unavailable from 8:00 PM Sunday, January 31st to 8:00 AM Monday, February 1st.
