September 2016 schedule of billing events



?  Payment Due Date: Premiums are due no later than September 12th OEBB needs to receive your payment on or before this date. It can take 2-3 days for your payment to arrive in OEBB's account. Please plan accordingly.


?  Current Month Invoice: Available Thursday, September 1st, in document management.


?  Monthly Billing Statement: Will be sent Thursday, September 1st, this includes current billing and any changes made in July.


?  Retroactive Report: Will be uploaded to document management on Thursday, September 1st, this is a per member detailed report of retro changes.


If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.
