December 2017 Payment Reminder - Due Date: Dec 11, 2017

Hi everyone, we hope you had a great Thanksgiving break!

December Dates to Remember:



  *   Monday, December 11, 2017: Premium payments are due

  *   Payment needs to be received on or before this date; please plan accordingly as payment can take 2-3 days to process



  *   Friday, December 01, 2017: Reports available

  *   Current  Month Invoice will be available in document management
  *   Retroactive Report detailing retro changes per member will be uploaded to document management
  *   Monthly Billing Statement with current billing and retroactive adjustments will be emailed


  *   And most importantly:

If you have any unsaved enrollments or QSCs, MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSCs are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.
