UPDATE: September 2017 Reports

Hi Everyone,

Happy Friday!  We hope your first week (if you had one) went well!

Please note:

*        The monthly billing statement and retroactive reports will be available Tuesday, September 5th.

*        The current month invoice should be in your document management by the end of today.

As you all know, we're in the middle of open enrollment and our system is working a bit harder than usual. The system was down longer than usual today and we are still in the process of running reports.

We apologize for an inconvenience this may have caused.

September Dates to Remember:



?  Tuesday, September 12, 2017: Premium payments are due

*         Payment needs to be received on or before this date; please plan accordingly as payment can take 2-3 days to process



?  Friday, September 01, 2017: Reports available

*         Current  Month Invoice will be available in document management

*         Retroactive Report detailing retro changes per member will be uploaded to document management

*         Monthly Billing Statement with current billing and retroactive adjustments will be emailed


If you have any unsaved enrollments or QSCs, MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSCs are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.
