Upcoming **10/1/2020** Invoice Changes

[Entity personnel responsible for making premium payments.]

Hello,
This upcoming plan year, 2020-21, OEBB is implementing the double coverage surcharge, as required by state law. We have made changes to the following documents to incorporate the new charge:


  1.  Invoice Report: invoices you see in MyOEBB document management on the 1st of each month. Updates to columns DJ-DN.
     *   "Invoice Changes" excel document attached outlines the changes, first tab.
  2.  Summary Invoice Report: summary of the monthly invoice you see in MyOEBB document management on the 1st of each month.
     *   "Invoice Changes" excel document attached outlines the changes, second tab
  3.  Monthly Billing Statement: the billing summery emailed to you on the 2nd business day of each month.
     *   "Draft MBS effective 10-1-20.pdf" outlines the changes. This change is still in draft, final product may slightly change.
  4.  Retroactive Summary: the retro activity report uploaded to MyOEBB document management on the 2nd business day of each month.
     *   "Draft Retroactive Report effective 10-1-20.pdf" outlines the changes. This change is still in draft, final product may slightly change.

These changes will be effective October 1st, 2020. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further clarification.
