October 2025 Payment Reminder - Due Date 10/9/2025

October 2025 Dates to Remember:





*       Thursday, October 9, 2025 : Premium payments are due

*       Payment needs to be received on or before this date; please plan accordingly as payment can take 2-3 days to process



*       Thursday, October 2, 2025

*       Retroactive Report detailing retro changes per member will be uploaded to document management
*       Monthly Billing Statement with current billing and retroactive adjustments will be emailed



*       Wednesday, October 1, 2025

*       Current Month Invoice will be available in document management





If you have any unsaved enrollments or QSCs, MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSCs are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.
