We will send you the <i>Monthly Billing Statement</i> also on Monday May 2nd that will include the amount due for your May benefits, EAP Premiums, as well as any retroactive adjustments made in April. Jody Bowyer will distribute your <i>Retroactive Adjustment</i> <i>Report</i> at the member level so you’ll have the detail supporting the amounts due. This “Retroactive Report” will be placed in your Document Management Section in MyOEBB with notification by Jody. If you do not agree with the amount billed please contact her and she will</span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'> </span><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>assist you in researching any discrepancies. <b>The due date for payment of your May invoice is **Tuesday, May 10th</b>. Please remember to <b><u>clear any unsaved QSCs</u> </b>that can be viewed on your home page prior to Saturday night’s invoicing report distribution. As you are now familiar with, your <i>Monthly Billing Statement</i> and your <i>Retroactive Adjustment</i> <i>reports</i> are distributed to you in the <b>Microsoft Snapshot viewer </b>file format.
