Resulting from this transition, OEBB must establish new Treasury accounts within the Oregon State Treasury. Please identify your Entity as either an <i>ACH Credit Entity</i> (meaning <u>you</u> initiate monthly payment for premiums to OEBB through your financial institution) or <i>ACH Debit</i> (meaning <u>OEBB</u> initiates monthly payment for premiums through your financial institution) and read below for the applicable reminders for actions you must take that are critical for a successful and seamless transition.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>ACH Credit Entities:</b> On June 1<sup>st</sup> a fax containing the new OEBB Treasury bank account number was sent to the Premium payment contacts we have on file for your Educational Entity. If you did not receive this information on June 1<sup>st</sup>, please contact Rosie Chernishoff at 503-378-6597 immediately. *All premiums starting July 1<sup>st</sup> MUST be sent to the new account number. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><o:p> </o:p></b></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>ACH Debit Entities:</b> In April a letter containing the new OEBB Company ID number was emailed out to all ACH Debit entities. It is critical to communicate this new Company ID # with your financial institution so incoming transactions are not blocked. We will be issuing a zero dollar prenote on 7/1/11 to ensure we have a clear connection with your financial institution.
