We will send you the <i>Monthly Billing Statement</i> also on Monday August 1st that will include the amount due for your August benefits, EAP Premiums, as well as any retroactive adjustments made in July. Jody Bowyer will distribute your <i>Retroactive Adjustment</i> <i>Report</i> at the member level so you’ll have the detail supporting the amounts due. This “Retroactive Report” will be placed in your Document Management Section in MyOEBB with notification by Jody. If you do not agree with the amount billed please contact her and she will</span><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'> </span><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>assist you in researching any discrepancies. <b>The due date for payment of your August invoice is **Tuesday, August 9th</b>. Please remember to <b><u>clear any unsaved QSCs</u> </b>that can be viewed on your home page prior to the invoicing report distribution on the night of July 31<sup>st</sup>. As you are now familiar with, your <i>Monthly Billing Statement</i> and your <i>Retroactive Adjustment</i> <i>reports</i> are distributed to you in the <b>Microsoft Snapshot viewer </b>file format.
