<p class="MsoNormal">We would like to take this time to introduce to you our newest member to the OEBB Accounting team. Her name is
<b><u>Colleen Foster</u></b>, and she will be taking over for Jody upon her retirement in October. Colleen comes to us from another State agency, and has vast accounting knowledge. She will be a valuable tool in helping you with any of your invoicing needs
or questions. When you have a minute, which we all know is rare this time of year, introduce yourself to her.

<p class="MsoNormal">Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of September. If you have any
<b>unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC’s</b> MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure
<b>all enrollments and QSC’s are saved</b> for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>*Excel Invoice Reports Produced –</b> Sunday night, <b>August 31st</b>, available Monday,
<b>September 1st</b> in document management.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>*Monthly Billing Statement – </b>Will be sent Tuesday, <b>
September 2nd</b>, this includes current billing and any changes made in August.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>*Retroactive Report –</b> Will be uploaded to document management Tuesday,
<b>September 2nd</b>. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>*Payment Due Date – </b>Premiums are due <b>Wednesday, September 10th.</b><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>MyOEBB Availablitly – </b>MyOEBB will be unavailable from
