<p class="MsoNormal">As some of you may have noticed, the MyOEBB system has been in maintenance mode on the first of each month longer than it has been in the past. Because the reports are taking longer to run, it has resulted in a later start to processing
invoices and a mad dash to ensure we get retro reports and monthly billing statements out the same day. There’s also been a few times the reports finished running well after business hours on the first which resulted us sending retro reports and monthly billing
statements out the next business day. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Starting in March 2018, in an effort to ensure we get out the right information to you the first time, we will be issuing reports and invoices the
<u><span style="color:red">second business</span></u><span style="color:red"> </span>
day of the month. <o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Other reports will still be available on the first and premiums are still due the 7<sup>th</sup> business day of the month as it is now.<o:p></o:p></p>
