[OEBBSUPERINFO] OEBB -- Proposed Rules Filing Notice

[OEBB - Superintendents]

The Oregon Educators Benefit Board filed the following proposed rules
with the Secretary of State on February 13, 2012:

Division 5 - Procurement and Contracting for Benefit Plans and Services

A public hearing on these rules will be held on March 21, 2012 at 10:00
a.m. in the OEBB Boardroom at the DAS General Services Building, 1225
Ferry Street SE, Salem, Oregon.  

You can also provide written comments. Written comments can be emailed
to April Kelly at april.kelly at state.or.us or mailed in hard copy to:
April Kelly, Oregon Educators Benefit Board, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Suite
B, Salem, OR 97301.  

All public comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on March
31, 2012 to be considered during the rulemaking process. Any comments
received after March 31, 2012 will not be reviewed or considered by the
OEBB unless the OEBB decides to extend the public comment period to
everyone.
