[OEBBSUPERINFO] Notice regarding proposed rule amendments and rule hearing

Good afternoon,

 

The Oregon Educators Benefit Board filed proposed amendments to Division
10 and Division 30 Oregon Administrative Rules on April 13, 2012 as the
OEBB Board was considering changes to the current comparability testing
and assessment methodology and process.  

 

The OEBB staff and consultants met with an advisory group of interested
school and education service district representatives to discuss these
proposed changes. After fully considering the comments received, OEBB
will not be moving forward with amendments to the rules.  The
comparability testing and assessment methodology and process in place
will continue for the 2012-13 plan year.

 

Please note that the rules hearing scheduled for Wednesday, May 23,
2012, at 10:00 a.m. is canceled.
