[OGIC] Imagery Proposal Vote - OGIC Members Only Please

OGIC Members:

At the last OGIC meeting, there were a number of FIT proposals approved and one denied, leaving approximately $120,000 to expend.  We were asked to come back to OGIC with revised proposals for Imagery and SAFER_OR (3D mapping of schools).  OGIC said they would decide on one proposal or the other to expend the remaining funds.

The group working on the SAFER_OR proposal backed out, indicating that they didn't believe it made sense to modify the proposal sufficiently to meet the OGIC requirements.  I have attached the Imagery proposal for your review.  The Policy Advisory Committee, GIS Program Leaders, and the Framework Implementation Team reviewed this proposal.  They had one minor, non-substantive change, which I have made.

We are now ready for an OGIC vote on this proposal.  Please indicate your vote by using the Voting pull down button on the upper left in this message and clicking Yes or No.  Your response will automatically be sent to me.  Please vote no later than October 4 at 5:00pm.

I'm not sure how this will look or work if you don't use Outlook.  If the voting functionality doesn't seem to be working, just reply to me with your choice.
