[OGIC] OGIC vote needed

OGIC Members:

You were recently asked to vote on a proposal made by the Imagery Framework Implementation Team to expend $100,000 of the 2017-19 Framework funds on the one foot resolution orthoimagery purchase to be made through a contract with Quantum Spatial, Inc.  We received 16 'yes' votes and zero 'no' votes on this proposal, so the proposal is approved.  OGIC approves the expenditure of $100,000 in 2017-19 on this imagery.  Thank you for consideration of this request.
