At the last OGIC meeting on April 27, several members asked for more information about what we're trying to accomplish with the work on a sustainable funding mechanism and a strategic plan. I said I would see if I could find the right information from the information we've published in the past, without overwhelming the Council with too much information.

The attached document was published in 2015. Please keep in mind that this was prior to the development and subsequent passage of HB2906, which became ORS 276A.500. It's a historical document, but I think it pretty well encapsulates what we're trying to do and why. If you have more specific questions, please don't hesitate to let me know and I'll respond to individuals with more information. Thanks!
