[OGIC] retirement

Hi folks, I announced yesterday at the OGIC meeting that I will be retiring from state government effective Nov. 12, 2021.  I will transition to a two day/week work schedule starting Aug. 2.  I will be working Tuesdays and Thursdays, so you may expect a delay in email response.
