Hi folks, sorry for the very late notice, but the OGIC meeting minutes<ftp://ftp.gis.oregon.gov/minutes/OGIC/2021/OGIC_Minutes_07-29-21.pdf> are in the usual place on the FTP site.  You will probably need to use the Internet Explorer browser to access the link.  It seems that Edge, Chrome and others don't work well for FTP anymore.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
