[OGIC] OGIC meeting packet / Mtg July 27th

Good morning OGIC members.

I have uploaded the meeting packet to the web site and attached it here for your convenience. Sincere apologies for the packet being late. We have a meaty agenda for this week's OGIC meeting, so for those of you who will be out on vacation, please take a moment to read the packet so that you can keep up with our on-going items like the strategic plan update and the GDMS Project.
