[OGIC] Survey for OGIC Members

OGIC Members,

As mentioned at our April meeting, the Strategic Plan Workgroup has created a survey specifically for OGIC members to get your input on our current strategic plan and how you can contribute to achieving OGIC's goals. This survey should take you ~ 10 minutes to complete.  (And answers of "I don't know" are perfectly acceptable answers.)
