[OGIC] July OGIC Mtg Agenda

Good Afternoon OGIC Members.

The agenda for the upcoming July meeting is attached.  There are a few items to note so I am including them here:


  1.  This is a hefty agenda so the meeting is scheduled to last until 4pm. I will extend the calendar invite next so that it reflects the new end time.  If we end early, then great. But I thought 4pm was more reasonable given the amount of content we'll be covering.



  1.  This meeting is an online/virtual meeting only.  Please have your cameras on for the duration of the meeting (outside of the break period).



  1.  Please review the meeting packet and supplemental materials prior to the meeting as this will help our meeting go smoother.  For Agenda Item #3, I assume you will be relying on the TAC Recommendation to make your decision.  I encourage you to reach out to the TAC member you have appointed to TAC, to review this item and get additional feedback or input prior to the meeting, if needed.  TAC is currently wrapping up their write-up and work for you.  It will be available next week.


I will let you all know as soon as the full meeting packet has been posted, or when the majority of the packet is posted so that you can begin reviewing it.
