[OGIC] Outreach & Communications - Do you have a meeting we can attend?

Hi All,
Today in our Outreach & Communications meeting we spoke about the need to
provide our members with materials to empower you to reach out to the group
that you represent. We have a long way to go with preparing these materials
and are still working on exactly what these may be. We would like to put
together a list of possible venues that our members would use to present
the message of OGIC. I hope to present to my group, the AOC, at our annual
conference in November. I envision this meaning we would have a booth at
the conference where we can engage with AOC members.

If your group has an annual conference, meeting or other type of gathering
that you would like to partner with the Outreach & Communications Committee
to get our message out, please let us know. We will work on putting a list
and calendar together.
