[OGIC] FW: [Ba-support] Agency, Board and Commission Legislative Engagement Policy

Good morning OGIC members,

Since the legislative session is beginning, it is important that you know the rules about Boards and Commissions and member engagement with legislators or providing comments on a bill. Please see the attached from the Governor's Office detailing what you can or can't do as a Governor-appointed council member.

At this time, the OGIC Legislative Coordinating Committee is the OGIC appointed group of people representing the Council (see attached).  If you see a bill of interest for OGIC, please let the Committee know. Members of this committee include:  Ed Flick, Tom Rohlfing, Patti Sauers, and Ned Fairchild - with Kathryn Helms as the EIS Point of Contact.  This committee meets regularly during the legislative session.

If you have any questions about the contents of the attached document, please reach out to Kathryn Helms or Shirlene Gonzalez, the EIS Legislative Coordinator.  Both are cc'd on this email.
