<p class="MsoNormal">I believe you all may have received an email regarding required training for new Board and Commission members. The reason this happened is because the State is moving to Workday for managing all boards and commissions. Last week, you all
were added to the Workday system as an official OGIC member which likely kicked off the training requirement email.

<p class="MsoNormal">We will discuss membership, terms, and reappointments at the next OGIC meeting on the 21<sup>st</sup>. I recommend you hang on to the email you received, at least until we discuss this topic on the 21<sup>st</sup>. In general, you will
be required to take these three training courses for your continued participation in OGIC.
