<p class="MsoNormal">I have been informed that a decision has been made regarding Workday and your designation as a board member contingent worker. You are going to be changed to an employee type profile and given a new User ID which will be an OR #, similar
to current State of Oregon employees. I don’t know what the reason is for this change, but the notice is below. Expect to see an email from Workday with a new user ID and a temporary password. When you receive this email, I recommend you login using your
new OR # and change your password to something you will remember.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">All training courses taken via Workday that are in your “learning transcript” will be transferred to your new profile.
