[ogic_info] 3DEP lidar published for OR_PortlandMetro_B24

Hi all,
All the lidar for OR_PortlandMetro_B24 (QL1) has been published as of 3/5/26. Please see included image for areal extent.

Seamless DEMs (1-meter, 1/3 arc-second, 1-arc second) will be generated soon.
