[OMS_MANAGERS] Farmers Market

Enterprise has a farmers market from June to September on Thursday
afternoons.  The Farmers market is a local non profit comprised of local
growers and other vendors.  They chose Thursdays to coincide with another
non profit that organizes music concerts on Thursday evenings.  They both
use the courthouse lawn.  Both of these activities bring a lot of people to
town that day.
