[OMS_MANAGERS] Free WiFi in Philomath

The City of Philomath partnered with a really great local internet service provider - Alyrica - (http://www.alyrica.net/<http://www.alyrica.net/>) to establish a free wifi service in the City.  There are limits to what's free, but the Downtown Association has plans to offer tokens to shoppers for (limited duration) full access.  Contact Alyrica for details at:
