A little different, but I recently read that the sound of classical music
keeps teens from loitering. This might help if you are able to project
music in your downtown district?

We are starting to have the same issue. We were thinking of creating an
exclusion zone. Does anyone have any experience with them?

Subject: [OMS_MANAGERS] street performers

Hey everyone,

We have a number of drifters in our downtown that are showing up with broken
banjos, empty plastic containers and other things to make noise. They are
also collecting change for their "musical performance". I'm told that our
city does not have anything in the code preventing this activity. Does
anyone out there have a code to address this?

Thanks,

Chuck Arnold
