FYI...the National Trust is looking for examples of community 4th of
July celebrations for their website. See details below.

Greetings,
 
We’re officially in the summer season now, and July 4th is just around
the corner—and that must mean festivals and parades!  Tell us (and show
us) what your community(ies) has planned.  We’d love to fill our
PreservationNation.org website with the sights and stories from
Independence Day celebrations of all kinds nationwide. 
                                                                       
                                                                        
                                          
Send your snippets to me, Erica Stewart [Erica_stewart at nthp.org] and
upload your photos using our MY MAIN STREET photo submission process
found
here:[http://www.preservationnation.org/main-street/main-street-now/my-main-street-submissions-1.html].
 
NOTE: In order for us to use your photographs, they must be labeled
with the name of the community and state and have a credit line. Please
include the words JULY 4 in the file name (i.e., July4-MyTownUSA.jpg).
Please check the authorization release box for each photograph.
 
Please reply by Tuesday, June 28th, close of business.
