[OMS_MANAGERS] E-Blasts, Newsletters, etc.

We use GetResonse.com  I have never used other services but I did  
quite a bit of research prior to setting up the service and it is very  
inexpensive (we pay $5/month as a non-profit) and the templates are  
fairly easy to use... but not perfect. We have been doing e- 
newsletters for 3-months now and we were able to secure several  
sponsors.
