[OMS_MANAGERS] E-Blasts, Newsletters, etc.

We have been using MailChimp for the time being and it is proving
successful. It can be a bit buggy sometimes, but it is excellent for
being free until we reach the subscriber limit. I love it because it has
a ton of features that literally show you exactly what you need to do.

a bit of research prior to setting up the service and it is very
inexpensive (we pay $5/month as a non-profit) and the templates are
fairly easy to use... but not perfect. We have been doing e-newsletters
for 3-months now and we were able to secure several sponsors.
