[OMS_MANAGERS] EID Budgets

Good afternoon, all! I'm coordinator for The Dalles Main Street Program,
which is just in its beginning stages. The steering committee is hoping
to establish an EID in our downtown district, and directed me to try to
obtain any budgets of successfully established EIDs. I thought this
would be a great place to start. If any of you can get me some budgets
(without too much effort) from the first few years of your EIDs, it
would be greatly appreciated.
