[OMS_MANAGERS] EID Budgets

[Jason McNeil]

We're in the same boat here in Sandy and we are interested in seeing what
the budgets for non-profit Main Street programs in Oregon look like and
also what the assessment framework for the EID. Please share any info with
us as well.
