[OMS_MANAGERS] Design Guidelines for Historic Buildings

Have any of you recently hired consultants to produce design guidelines for
your Historic District or Main Street District? I am trying to develop a
budget for a consultant to create design guidelines for Enterprise and would
like to see what others may have paid for such work.
