Our Landmarks commission was given copies last Wednesday night and they had nothing but good things to say about the report.
Thanks for all the work putting this together.

Hi Marya,
Be sure to check out the HPLO's new recommendation for compatible infill design guidelines. It offers great baseline principles that would jumpstart your process, based on the research and input of 200 participants in their Preservation Rountable.
You can download a copy from our website: www.historicpreservationleague.org<http://www.historicpreservationleague.org>

Have any of you recently hired consultants to produce design guidelines for your Historic District or Main Street District? I am trying to develop a budget for a consultant to create design guidelines for Enterprise and would like to see what others may have paid for such work.

Thanks,
