[OMS_MANAGERS] Application for Program Manager position with Historic Baker City

PROGRAM MANAGER: Historic Baker City, Inc., located in a vibrant rural
community in Northeast Oregon, is seeking a Program Manager to
coordinate downtown revitalization activities using the Main Street
4-Point Approach™. Applicant should have excellent communication
andwriting skills, public relations, and managerial abilities, with a
strong administrative background. Previous nonprofit experience desired,
with a background in the areas of special event planning, small business
development, or volunteer recruitment and management a plus. Position
requires a dynamic, out-going team player with the proven ability to
multi-task and work in an independent environment. Grant writing
experience is required and requires the ability to work with both the
public and private sectors. The manager reports to the Historic Baker
City, Inc. Board of Directors. The salary range for this full-time
position is $28,000 - $32,000 per year, depending on experience and
qualifications. Please submit a completed application, resume, cover
letter, and three references. The cover letter is to include a summary
of your work experience and how it is suited to the Main Street and
Historical District Programs in Baker City and should not exceed 500
