Hello all-

I'm the Design Committee Chair for La Grande.  We have a fledgling summer
flower basket program, but have come across some snags, so I'm looking for
input and advice.  If your community has found  successful ways to procure
flowers and keep them watered and healthy, I'd love to hear from you.  We
have some special challenges here in that we have very few nurseries in the
area and HOT/DRY conditions during late summer.
