[OMS_MANAGERS] Steering Committee/Board Job Descriptions

Hello All:

We are putting together a Steering Committee that will provide oversight to
the Sandy Main Street Program and they will be meeting for the first time in
the next few weeks. I have a general idea of what the the role of this
committee will be, but it would be useful to see formal job descriptions you
may have for your Steering Committee or Board of Directors as I develop a
document to give to our committee. If you have any such job descriptions,
other relevant documents, or any helpful advice, and are so inclined to send
it my way, I'd be mighty appreciative.
