[OMS_MANAGERS] Quick Survey: How Many Oregon Main Streets Are 501 (c) (3)s?

Sherwood is a 501(c)3.  Our program started at the City and moved to our
downtown association who then established as a non-profit to support the
Main Street Program.

Thank you to everyone who responded to all of us.  It was very
informational to see the results of this question.
