Hi Mark,

My name is Annie Tran and I am the Main Street Coordinator/Market Research Analyst as part of the RARE program.
I know there is another Main Street gal in RARE working in La Grande and a gentleman in Toledo, Oregon with a Main Street position.

I am not quite sure if I understand your question but if you are looking for contacts to their organizations I can work with getting you to those RARE folks to get in touch with their organizations.

Best,
Annie

Subject: [OMS_MANAGERS] Main Street Programs with AmeriCorps Volunteers

Good afternoon Main Streets,

My name is Mark Aguirre. I am currently working as the Main Street Program Coordinator for the City of St. Helens through the AmeriCorps program. The current arrangement is a yearlong position. The City and its partners intend to continue the program into a second year. However I recently found out that we are in need of an intermediary organization to help facilitate the arrangement into the next year. With that said, I am looking for other Main Street Programs and municipalities who have an AmeriCorps volunteer doing similar work. If you can refer me to intermediary organizations, then I will inquire about their application process. An example of this is the RARE program.

Thanks in advance,
Mark Aguirre
